At Avosys, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of digital services, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service within 24 hours of payment, provided the service work has not started. Once work has begun, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy

  • Digital Services: No refunds will be provided once the service is initiated or delivered.
  • Consultation Services: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Payment Gateway Fees: Any transaction charges deducted by Razorpay are non-refundable.

Micro ATM & Product-Based Services

Any product-related refunds will follow the manufacturer or service provider’s terms.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
